SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
Beans Beauty charges a flat shipping fee of $7.45. Orders over $100 are shipped for free.
Be sure to give an accurate shipping address, or your order may not be delivered.
Due to several incidents of fraud, we no longer ship international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns:
Due to health code restrictions, personal hygiene products such as hairbrushes, hair accessories, combs, shampoos, conditioners, skin care products, makeup, etc.
are NOT returnable once opened.
-Return requests must be received within 30 days of receipt or order.
-To return items, please call us at (800) 337-1102 for a Return Authorization number.
-If the RA number is not used within 10 days, the item will not be accepted for return.
-Please enclose a printout of your sales receipt and/or order confirmation page with your return, and a brief explanation for your return.
-Any items not returned will not be credited to your account.
-The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
-All returns must be inspected upon receipt and deemed to be unused and in a resellable condition.
-If an appliance is used we will not accept it back for credit. All items are subject to a restocking cost.
-All liability and terms of the warranty are the sole responsibility of each manufacturer.
We do not accept returns without an RA number, or that are damaged as a result of misuse or neglect.
Damaged Parcels:
If your items are damaged in shipment, Beans Beauty will accept a return for exchange provided the parcel is received back within 10 days of receipt. Replacement items will be sent to you.
Lost or Stolen Shipments:
If you have not received your order after 15 days, Beans Beauty will attempt to trace the shipment. All orders are sent insured via UPS Ground with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are provided via email.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You can cancel your order directly through our site at any time before your order has been shipped. This can be achieved through the "order status" section of our site, accessible from the home page. Beans Beauty does not encourage buying on impulse.
Your order will be cancelled without any charges made to your credit card, unless your items have already shipped out.
If you decide that you don't want your order after it has been shipped, refuse delivery of the parcel and have UPS send it back. As soon as the parcel is received back, you will be refunded the amount of your order, less shipping charges.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY
All customer information collected through our site is considered confidential, and is used strictly for billing and shipping purposes.
Information about you is stored on our secure server, and exchanged through industry-standard SSL encrypted transmissions.
Your information will not be sold or rented to any persons or company.
In order to further ensure customer safety, we do not store credit card numbers on our server after orders have been processed.
Customers will only be added to our mailing list by request, and can be removed from the list at any time.
