How to Use:

Following GENTLE CLEANSE and while the face is still damp, squeeze a quarter-sized amount of the gel into palm of hand. 

Use a small amount of water and work the thick formula for easier application. 
Sweep onto skin in a gentle circular motions. 
Rinse well with cool or lukewarm water.
Use day and night.

Use as a mask once or twice a week by leaving the gel on the face for an additional minute. Finish by rinsing thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water.
