Track My Order
You can track the status of your order online at beansbeauty.com. Click on “My Account” and sign in to check the status of your most recent order and your order history. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed. A tracking number is located to the right of the ship-to address and under the shipping method. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information on the USPS, or UPS, shipping sites. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. For USPS, please estimate 2 - 3 business days from the time your order has been shipped. UPS arrival dates vary by distance from our Philadelphia warehouse.

Going Green
One of our conservation efforts is to reuse packaging material. We are always seeking ways to cut down and cut back on environmental waste. Thanks for your support in this effort. Join us in recycling all cardboard and paper.

Shipping Cost & Delivery
Orders over $50.00 are shipped for free. For all orders under $50.00, a flat shipping rate of $9.00 will be applied to your order total.
Free shipping is calculated by the initial cost of your order, before discounts are applied. Free shipping applies only to the Continental U.S.

UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally we will be in an out-of-stock situation and will hold the order until we can ship the order in its entirety.
Shipping of a Gift Card is free, regardless of their face value. However, when a Gift Card and merchandise are ordered together, and the order total of the merchandise is less than $50 (excluding taxes), the $9.00 shipping charge above will apply to orders shipped UPS Ground and $6.95 on orders shipped USPS Priority.
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery unless you have a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box, all orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Orders shipped via 3-Day, 2-Day and overnight are all shipped via UPS. Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally, UPS will deliver your package by 8 pm on the estimated date of delivery. Due to the fact that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, we will be unable to ship via an expedited method to these addresses.

Weekend Delivery
Orders shipped via UPS (Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders shipped via USPS (Standard) are delivered Monday through Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sundays.

Default Shipping Addresses
Your default shipping address is the one used on your most recent order. At Checkout, you can change your shipping address by clicking the "change" button located directly beneath the default address. This will allow you to choose another address, or enter a new address in the spaces provided.
You can change your shipping address at any time in the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account. You can add, delete, or edit any of your shipping addresses. Changes you make via the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account will not affect orders you have already placed.
Our shipping rates are subject to change at any time. When fuel rates rise shipping typically goes up also. This is beyond our control.

Shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.
Risk of Loss when shipping through www.myus.com.
All items purchased from beansbeauty.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges (Hassle-Free Return Procedure)

Every effort has been made to ensure your order was picked, packed and shipped with care. We sincerely hope you had a positive experience and will return to our website as your resource for beauty products again and again. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will work to ensure a timely refund to your account. We do not refund original shipping costs with the return unless we’ve made a mistake and shipped a product that was not exactly what you’ve ordered. Please read & follow the simple instructions below: 

Returns are only accepted within the 30 days of receipt of your order. We ask that you ship the item back to Beans via “Priority Mail” (USPS).

For credit to be issued the product must be returned within 30 days of the original order and unused as well as being in its original packaging. If the item has been used or the packaging is not in resalable condition we cannot accept the product back.

Please fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip. Use the Merchandise Return Label included in your original order. Please note, we do not pay return shipping fees.

If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to carefully secure your merchandise.

*If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return number.

100% satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering the finest merchandise. In the event that you need to return one of your items for refund or exchange, please follow the instructions listed in “Returns & Exchanges”.

Manufacturers Warranty Policies
Appliances sold through beansbeauty.com have varying warranties. We ask that upon purchase you retain your original receipt and original warranty. We abide by the manufacturer’s instruction on all warranties. When you receive your appliance please check your product package for specific warranty information or call us if you have any questions.
There is a $9.95 continental US processing fee for all merchandise returns outside the first 30 days.
Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are $29.95.
Returns for all other areas should contact our Customer Service Department for details.
If your merchandise was damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 800 337-1102 ext. 4.
If you are an international customer with damaged merchandise you must contact www.myus.com

For your protection we recommend you ship via UPS, insured Parcel Post, or some other traceable ship method. Be sure to keep your receipt!
When items are returned for exchange, your card will be credited and then re-billed for the new exchanged item. Our representative will call you for credit card information. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process your transaction; all transactions should be complete within one full billing cycle.

Damaged Parcels
If your items are damaged in shipment, Beans Beauty will accept a return for exchange provided the parcel is received back within 10 days of receipt. Replacement items will be sent to you. Follow these instructions:
To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
Fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip.
Use the Merchandise Return Label included in your original order so that the return shipping is free. Please note that we are unable to pay return shipping fees if you do not use the enclosed Merchandise Return Label.
Please write the return number in the upper right-hand corner of the Return Form, right next to your order number. Fill out the reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined on the back of the packing slip. Include this form inside the box. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to carefully secure your merchandise.

Lost or Stolen Shipments
If you have not received your order after 15 days, beansbeauty.com will attempt to trace the shipment. All orders are sent insured via UPS Ground with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are provided via email.

Secure Checkout Server
We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") authentication to guarantee the confidentiality of online transactions made on our site. SSL authentication and encryption of the information that you send to us over the Internet help protect your online transaction information from third party interception.
We never display your full credit card number once it has been entered. We will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card for verification purposes.
We urge you to protect your own privacy. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone or share your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail.

Find a Brand or Product
To find a brand simply go to our “brand” area located on the left and at the bottom of our home page. Our brands are listed in alphabetical order, choose the first letter of the brand you are seeking and a list of all brands beginning with that letter will appear. Simply scroll down to the brand you are seeking and click on its name.
To locate a product there are several solutions. First you can go to our search area and type a simple search for the product by listing a descriptive word in the products name. Secondly, you can navigate by product category e.g. “a shampoo” go to the product category “Haircare” click and then click on “Shampoo” you will find all the manufacturers listed, locate the manufacturer of the shampoo you are seeking and click and you’ll find all the shampoos by that manufacturer. Yours will be there, click away to see the ingredients, price and directions for use.

Phone Orders
You can also place orders over the phone by calling us toll-free at
(800) 337-1102 ext. 4. Our phone assistance is available 6 days a week. Call between 10 am – 6 pm Monday through Saturday Eastern Standard Time. Coupons are not able to be applied to phone-in orders.

Coupons
If you are using a coupon that was generated from your previous beansbeauty.com website order it must be used through our website only.
Phone-in orders cannot use this coupon method.

Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order directly through our site at any time before your order has been shipped. This can be achieved through the "order status" section of our site, accessible from the home page. Your order will be cancelled without any charges made to your credit card, unless your items have already shipped out. If your order has been shipped and is in transit you will need to wait until the package arrives. You can do 1 of 2 things;
Refuse delivery of the parcel and have UPS send it back. As soon as the parcel is received back, you will be refunded the amount of your order, less shipping charges.
Ship the package back to beansbeauty.com. Follow the instructions on our Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip.
Please note there maybe an initial credit hold for orders that are cancelled on our website. It may take up to 30 days for that money to appear back on your credit card per the policy of your financial institution. For further clarification, we advise calling your credit card company.

Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax except for orders that are shipped within Pennsylvania to Pennsylvania residents. Everything outside of Pennsylvania is tax free.
We will gladly credit sales tax for resellers or government institutions. Just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at: 215-487-0202. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.

Signing In/ My Password and or Username
If you have purchased from our site before, welcome back! You will be asked to enter in your email address and password. Please enter the email address you entered previously, even if your email address has changed. If you have a new email address please update your profile. If you cannot remember your password just click on the link that says “forgot your password” and you will be emailed your password.
If this is your first time purchasing on our site, welcome. You will be asked to create a customer login. It’s easy and straight forward.

Rate and Review a Product
There are 2 ways to rate the products we carry;
Use our Community Forum, this allows our users to express and share with others using our site. You can see useful reviews of products, our hairdressers or outside hair stylist. Anything that pertains to products, style and services can be shared here.
When ordering a product you are provided with a link to review that product. It’s easy. You can use our Jelly Beans Review, 1 through 5 jellybeans, 5 being the best review. You can also write a detailed review. Other customers would love the read your thoughts, feelings and opinions. We thrive on an informed audience. Let them know what you think.

Beans Beauty is a family business that has been in operation since 1980. My name is Michael Batt and I am the owner & founder. I have been a hairdresser since 1978. My passion is for state-of-the-art beauty. Our business has grown over the years, with a humble start in our garage to a store and salon on Philadelphia's most fashionable street, Main Street in Manayunk. If you're ever in our city please stop and visit.

Our second floor is home to the Studio Salon, a state-of-the-art salon. This concept of Store, Salon and Supplier is what makes us unique and well-rounded. We understand the whole realm. Because we supply salons with our product lines, we have the edge, and we know the trends and what the best salons are doing. Our Studio Salon is an evolution of those trends fashion.
