We accept returns for products that are gently-used or new within 30 days of the original purchase date accompanied by our store receipt

 In-store Returns

In-store purchases may be returned to any of our Beans Beauty store locations with a valid receipt within 30 days. This excludes final sale items.

Online Returns

If you would like to return to your purchase by mail, please complete the following steps:

1. Ensure that your product is either new or gently used.
2. Include a copy of the receipt in the box with a note explaining your return.
3. Secure the product in the box.
4. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Ship via a tracked service such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Beans pays shipping only on defective or broken packages. Beans is not responsible for shipping return costs.

Credits

Returns made within 30 days of purchase may be credited back to the original purchasing card or a Beans Gift Card which can be used either in-store or online. All cash sales will be refunded by company check within 5 days of your return.
